- Description:
- Holland is a stunning bay roan Quarter Horse mare that is retired from riding but will make a gorgeous addition to your herd as a friend to other horses or as a smart, quiet groundwork/liberty or in-hand partner. She can be a little shy initially but enjoys daily grooming. Very polite on the lunge line and has done a bit of long-lining. Fun to work with on the ground and would be a great fit for an intermediate handler interested in expanding their knowledge of groundwork. She can be a little difficult for the farrier, loves an occasional visit with the chiropractor, and is good at carrot stretches. She is a good teacher for younger horses and likes to have some time in a stall.
